其中,技術標準EN 62209-2-2010作為產品標準EN 50566‐2013的技術規范性文件,定義body SAR檢測距離,由產品制造商按照定義其產品預期使用的典型距離。如手機類, body SAR可定義并采用10 mm/ 15 mm作為評估距離。
標準重大變更
2014年,法國對標準EN 50566‐2013提出異議,指出應考慮便攜和移動式產品的具體使用條件,并應提出body SAR 的評估距離。歐盟經過評估后認為該提議合理,需對EN50566進行修訂補充,內容如下:
警示:基于安全性目標,結合指令1999/5/EC的Article 3(1)(a)條款以及附件I 至指令2006/95/ EC,規定在使用此測試標準時應符合相關間隔距離的規定,并能反映出設備實際日常使用時的真實情況,確保公眾在使用(30MHz-6GHz)手持式和身體佩戴式無線通信設備時的安全性。 舉例說明,對于肢體SAR評估(限值為4W/kg),測量間隔距離為0(設備直接接觸模型);對于身體body SAR(限值為2W/kg),測量間隔距離可以是幾mm。 【Warning: The application of this publication shall observe certain conditions relating to the separation distance, reflecting the practical day to day use, ensuring the safe use of handheld and body‐mounted wireless communication devices used by the general public (30 MHz ‐ 6 GHz), for the purposes of the safety objectives provided for in Article 3 (1) (a) of Directive 1999/5/EC, in conjunction with Annex I to Directive 2006/95/EC. For example, for limb SAR measurements (limit 4 W/kg), no separation distance may be used (device in contact); for trunk SAR measurements (limit 2 W/kg) a separation distance of less than a few millimetres may be used.】
據悉,歐盟將很可能在近期,即2016年中,推行:肢體SAR測量(限值為4W/kg),測量間隔距離為0;body SAR(限值為2W/kg),測量間隔距離為5mm。因此,對于近期計劃開展歐盟SAR檢測的項目各位負責人,同耀實驗室特別提醒:請提前仔細做好研發評估,避免在認證時出現fail,而使整個認證周期超出控制范圍。
