Out of scope are:

Frequency range 30M ~ 300MHz limit and 30M ~ 300MHz frequency range "Margin" limit (this limit is one of the basis for judging whether to measure radiation disturbance)
Radiation harassment:
The frequency range is 30MHz ~ 1GHz; it is not necessary to test this item when the following two conditions are met at the same time:
a. The measurement value of disturbance power is less than the above-mentioned frequency range 30M ~ 300MHz limit value minus the value of 30M ~ 300MHz frequency range "Margin";
b. The maximum clock frequency is less than 30MHz. Otherwise you need to test this project.

Category 1: Appliances without electronic control circuits
Category 2: Transformer toys with electronic control circuits, dual power toys, electric appliances powered by mains, electric tools, electric heating appliances and similar appliances (such as ultraviolet radiation meters, infrared radiation meters and microwave ovens), The internal clock frequency or oscillation frequency does not exceed 15MHz.
Category 3: Appliances with electronic control circuits and powered by batteries (internal or external batteries). Under normal use conditions, this type of appliance is not connected to the mains, and the internal clock frequency or oscillation frequency of its electronic control circuit does not exceed 15MHz.
Category 4: All other appliances within the scope of this standard
EMS performance criteria
Performance criterion A
During the test, the appliance shall continue to operate as intended. When the appliance is used as intended, its reduced performance or loss of function must not be lower than the performance level (or allowable loss of performance) specified by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not specify a minimum level of performance or allowable loss of performance, it can be inferred from product specifications, documentation, and the user's reasonable expectations of the appliance when intended for use.
Performance criterion B
After the test, the appliance shall continue to operate as expected. When the appliance is used as intended, its reduced performance or loss of function must not be lower than the performance level (or allowable loss of performance) specified by the manufacturer. During the test, performance degradation is allowed, but the actual operating state or stored data is not allowed to change. If the manufacturer does not specify a minimum level of performance or allowable loss of performance, it can be inferred from product specifications, documentation, and the user's reasonable expectations of the appliance when it is used as intended.
Performance criterion C
Temporary loss of function is allowed, as long as this function can be restored by itself, or it can be restored by operating the controller or operating according to the instruction manual.
